CANCELLATION & COMMITMENT POLICY

Ekah Services LLC

 

At Ekah Services LLC, we pour tremendous care, time, and resources into creating intimate, transformative experiences. As a small, mission-driven team, each participant’s commitment allows us to secure venues, accommodations, facilitators, and materials well in advance—many of which are non-refundable to us once booked.

 

For this reason, we are unable to offer monetary refunds. Instead, we offer the following experience credit options should you need to cancel:

 

 

Cancellation & Credit Tiers:

 

• 45 days or more before the experience:

  You may cancel and receive 100% credit of your payment toward a future experience (valid for 12 months).

• 31 to 44 days before the experience:

  You may cancel and receive 70% credit of your payment toward a future experience (valid for 12 months).

• 30 days or less before the experience:

  Due to the intimate nature and limited capacity of these gatherings, no credit can be offered within 30 days of the event.

 

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@diegodosalstieglitz.com.

 

 

If Ekah Services LLC Cancels:

 

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, facilitator emergencies, or global disruptions), we will offer:

 

• A full transfer of your registration to a future experience, or

• An experience credit valid for 12 months.

 

 

Final Note:

 

These experiences are designed to be rare, sacred, and life-changing. Your commitment not only supports your own transformation but sustains the integrity and future of this work for all who are called to it.
